Surrey Clubs and Isthmian League.
Old Kingstonians, Tooting, Redhill, Merton and St Alban's failed to secure admission to the Isthmian League at the annual general meeting on Friday.
Thy number of clubs was increased from eleven to twelve and Woking and West Norwood were re-elected, Ealing being the new club admitted.
