FOOTBALL.
KINGSTON F.C. JOIN LONDON LEAGUE.
RESIGNATION FROM THE SOUTHERN SUBURBAN LEAGUE.

Following the news of the transfer of the Old Kingstonians from the Southern Suburban League to the Athenian League and the entry of Guildford into the former League, comes the still more interesting announcement of the admission of the Kingston F.C. into the premier division of the London League. They were but recently re-entered into the Southern Suburban League, but they resigned in order to join the stronger competition, in which they will meet such teams as Grays Athletic and Romford Town, who seceded from the Athenian League. Barking, Customs House, and Walthamstow Grange. It is a bold move on the part of the Kingston club, but we understand that the team is to be considerably strengthened, and the result should be some very attractive matches.
