Reports on the injury to Arthur Short suffered in the match against Sutton on 29th January 1898.

A. R. Short, who had the misfortune to break his leg in the Association match between Kingston-on-Thames and Sutton some weeks since, has now left the Surbiton Cottage Hospital, and is able to get about on crutches. A small committee has been formed to raise a fund to assist him in his trouble.
