Items shaded grey means name is not known or is not confirmed. Light grey is where only the initials are known.
Dark grey is where there is no certainty about the name/initials as newspaper reports give too many variations.

Brumpton- An Ancestry search indicates his first name was Edward however it is not known what he might have been commonly called during his time at the club.
Caveill- Was initially usually listed as N.J. Caveill both in newspaper reports and the programme, but towards
the end of the season was consistently listed as L.J. in both. Ancestry records indicate there was a John Leslie Caveill
Caveill and a L.J. Caveill who played football for Post Office Engineers. It is therefore possible he was commonly known as
Leslie but there is no certainty on this.

Lane- No initial was given in his one appearance as a substitute but a J. A. Lane was regularly playing for the reserves
so assumed to be the same player.
Pitt- Based on ancestry records it appears he is called John but there is no certainty about this and no mention of him being
known as John during his period at the club.
