Items shaded grey means name is not known or is not confirmed. Light grey is where only the initials are known.
Dark grey is where there is no certainty about the name/initials as newspaper reports give too many variations.

Baldwin- There is no evidence of his first name being mentioned during his time at Kingstonian. He was always called by his nickname of "Stanley" after
the Prime Minister of that name. Research into ancestry records indicate his first name was Richard.
Baxter- given F as an initial in many of the reserve games he played although H seems slightly more common.

Birks- There is no mention of his first name being mentioned during his time at Kingstonian. Research into ancestry records indicates his full name was John
Frederick Henry Birks but what he was commonly known as is unknown.
Brocklesby- An ancestry search suggests his first name is James but it is not known what he might have been commonly called during his time at the club.
Brumpton- An Ancestry search indicates his first name was Edward however it is not known what he might have been commonly called during his time at the club.
Colwell H- An Ancestry search gives his given name as Henry William, however during his time at Redhill he was known as Mick and some reports included a 3rd intial
of M.
Compton- Was not given an initial in the friendly he played. He is assumed to be F.E. Compton who appeared for Kingstonian a few seasons prior to this but
he last played in 1929-1930 and this was his only recorded game in any of the teams. Given it was a friendly it is possible he was making up the numbers but
there is no certainty it is the same player. Assuming it is the same person, an ancestry search has his given names as Frank Edward.
Lucas- An ancestry search indicates possible first names of Henry Charles as he was living in their respective areas when he appeared for both Guildford &
Godalming. However it cannot be proved conclusively that this is his correct name.

Moatt- Was given the initial M in the Surrey Comet for the one game he played. He was mainly given the initial M for the reserve teams but on several occasions
he was given the initial C and K's historian John Trevor has him listed as C. From the information available the balance of probabilities is M but there
is no certainty which is correct and John Trevor may have had other sources. It is possible one of the initials was a nickname and one his given name.
Morrell- Was given the initial K this season but had been listed as J in the previous season on one occasion which is what John Trevor had listed him as. There
was no mention of him playing in any of the reserve teams.
Palmer- Given different intials in the Surrey Comet for the games he played including H and F. The one mention in the Surrey Advertiser gives him Initials of F.H.
so this seems the more likely.
Phillips- First name is taken from the Wimbledon FC archives as an I. Phillips played for them around the same time. There is no confirmation that this is the
same player who played for K's but seems likely.
Waters/Walters- Both these players played in the same position at all levels of the club and often shortly after the other player had played in the same position.
There is therefore the possibility that these are the same player and there was one reference to L. Walters in one of the line ups. There is only one occasion
where both players appear to have played on the same day where one player was listed in the Reserves line up and the other in the 3rd Team line up.
This could be due to an error in the line up printed in the paper, however all evidence points to them being different players. A first name has been found
mentioned for Len, and ancestry records for this player show no possible link to an initial of J.
Wincote- Ancestry records indicate his given names were Sidney Thomas although it is not known what he was commonly called during his time at the club.
